The glitz and glamour of Beverly Hills can now be found in Manila’s very own South. With high-end shopping boutiques and world-class amenities, all nestled in one posh neighborhood at Alabang West.

Megaworld through its subsidiary, Global Estate Resorts, Inc. (GERI), will develop Alabang West with a distinctive Beverly Hills-themed lifestyle concept into its commercial and residential developments. The company is allocating P10-billion to develop the township in the next five years.

The village will have a huge clubhouse complex with amenities that include badminton and basketball courts, function rooms, cabanas, game room, café, and al fresco dining areas, a fitness center, pocket gardens, open space parks, infinity pool, among others.

Strategically located at the heart of Alabang’s high-end communities and golf course, Alabang West is conveniently accessible through the major access points of the South Luzon Expressway-Alabang Exit and the upcoming Daang Hari Exit. Its close proximity allows everyone to move around the Metro within minutes and easily access the major business districts of Makati and Fort Bonifacio.
