It’s the Millennials’ turn at being in the prime of their years and acquiring the investments they’ll be using for their lifetime. In their current age of fruition, one of the most lucrative investment (and status symbol of prominence and success) is being able to afford and live in a condominium because no bachelor’s pad can be as good as a condo. If you’re ever visiting a friend or a date who’s a bachelor living in a condo in the Fort Bonifacio, Ortigas, Makati, or Quezon City, you’ll more or less see one of these:

It’s a sofa, it’s a bed, and it’s inexpensive. Any lone bachelor who needs to maximize space to make room for a game console, exercise equipment, and a home entertainment system needs a sofa-bed to make up for space and item utilization—the perfect go-to for sleeping and “sleeping.”

Less fashionable but its organize-ability, cheapness, and, most of all, durability makes it a great choice for guys especially those who’ve only started out living alone. It will not be on every bachelor’s pad but it will be seen in most.
Tons of Junk Food
No matter how much of a health buff a bachelor is, there will always be a stock of junk up there either in the form of canned goods, preserved meats, processed goods, or soda. The nesting man needs them as comfort food and as offerings for guests.

It could be a beer, a bottle of local vodka, a J&W, or a box of red wine, it will be there especially if said bachelor is singling and mingling.
Well-maintaned Bathroom

Contrary to popular believe, a single bachelor’s bathroom is also his greatest treasure. It has to be clean because that’s where he keeps himself clean. He’ll be expecting someone else to use it and so it must be useable.
Have any other bachelor things you can add to the list? Because I think every bachelor needs to have the Lord of the Rings trilogy and Fight Club in Blu-ray in his pad.
